FAQs
-
Coaching is meeting you where you are and helping you move forward.
It is NOT counseling or consulting.
Counseling helps you with pain from the past that needs healing.
Consulting is hearing all of your “inventory” and giving you advice on next steps.
Coaching creating a safe space for you to process and connect-the-dots to the best next step for you forward. -
Although coaching focuses on becoming your best version of you focused and emphasized in your health, self-help pulls from the source of YOU, where as, FFF draws from God and His Word being the source in which we draw from and the source in which we depend (John 13). When we are becoming who He created us to be and taking care of ourselves the way He intended, then from the overflow, we can love and serve Him and His people better. At FFF, we believe we can do this by taking care of our “vehicle” (our body), through caring for our entire health, not only parts of it.
